Coming Home

I'm at the airport in Santiago. It's a very small and cute airport and there are very few people here. The sun is shining and it almost feels wrong to leave Spain now since I had been longing for this weather since I came back to the camino. But what can I do? I have to leave the past three months behind knowing everything was perfect and extraordinary the way it went. I'm very happy I was allowed to take this time off from work and my regular life in Berlin to experience life away from home. Now I'm thrilled to get back, dive into everything that is waiting for me, and continue things where I had left them.

The camino was great for me. It showed me once again that traveling and meeting new people is still my passion. I love this world and most of the people I get to meet. But even more so I love the people and the life I have in Berlin. Traveling is always great and a bonus. But coming home is even better!

Day Eight: Santiago de Compostela

It was a beautiful day in Santiago. I was able to walk around some more and explore this amazing city.

One last picture in front of this impressive cathedral

Santiago has many cute little streets that are usually filled with lots of people.
