Day One: Madrid - Sarria

On May 9 Spain concluded its state of emergency and opened the ways for pilgrims again. I was kinda hoping this would happen so I could finish the camino in Santiago. So on my way back from Peru I was flying via Madrid - and thought I could get off the plane here and see how I could continue the camino. I will be getting on a train in a few hours that will take me to Sarria in Galicia. From there it's about 120km til Santiago de Compostela. I cannot wait to be walking again.
