This morning I went to the local bakery just across the house that I'm staying at and got some fresh bread.
The oven is situated in a very small building. The wood for the oven is piled on the left and the fresh breads ready to be sold are on the table on the right (which you can't see on the picture above).
The little breads are sitting in the oven for about 15 minutes,
before they are taken out and sold right there. The man above told me they have been operating this oven for the past 50 years. What a wonderful tradition!
