Day Thirty Four: Aroue - Arhansus

Our breakfast crew this morning. The older couple in the middle has been keeping this hostel and serving pilgrims for many years.

We had some unbelievable sights today again. It is just so overwhelmingly beautiful here!

A boys' private boarding school

It felt like walking into Hobbiton.

Our gîte for tonight. It feels as if from a picture book.

Our beds for the night

Our time in France is coming to and end. We have one more walk left tomorrow until we are in St. Jean Pied de Port. Originally my plan had been to start there in order to walk the Camino Francés but plans nowadays are like the wind. The can change quickly. We'll see what will happen once we get there! I must say, I'm quite excited...
