Day Five: Saint-Alban-sur-Limagnole - Aumont-Aubrac

The day started with a fog that lay long in the valley of St.-Alban-sur-Limagnole so we took our time in the hostel having breakfast and getting ready for our day. The way took us uphill again and even though it wasn't a long leg I was struggling whenever we weren't walking even ways.

We always try to take a moment or two to look back to where we came from and appreciate the view

One of the first things we saw coming into Aumont-Aubrac

When we finally arrived at the hostel the person I had been writing with explained in fast French that he had found a solution and we had nothing to worry about. I was surprised so I asked him, a solution? Did we have a problem? Yes, he said. A group of people came and the hostel was now full so we couldn't stay where we originally had planned but he would put us up in an appartment in his parents' house that was empty and big, if that was ok for us. Now we are chilling in this big appartment and planning our next move. It is so exciting to see how things turn out and fall into place.
