Day Fourteen: Figeac - Gréalou

Another day in paradise! After an early start into the day we said goodbye to our new French friends with who we had enjoyed one last dinner together. Today everyone is going their own way. Who knows. We might meet at another place sometime soon!

The man and the woman in the back are mother and son who run the gîte in Figeac. Fabrice and Rémi have been our traveling buddies for the past week (behind me) and Félix (on the right) joined us a couple days ago.

The way today was mostly even with a few ups and downs. We had some sun, rain, and even hail. What more do you want!

I thought my shadow looked pretty cool.

We have arrived at our new hostel and it is just precious. In the middle of nowhere (that's what it has felt like for the majority of the time) with lots of beauty and nature. Our view from the window:

And this is the inside.

We have been walking 14 days straight and are in need of a day off. Luckily with this gîte we hit the jackpot because it is not only beautiful here but the host is also very hospitable and inviting so we are staying two days!
