Today was such a long and exhausting day... we did about 30 km and I'm realizing that anything more than 25 km/day on foot is a challenge I don't need in my life - yet! But let's start with the good stuff!
This is what I had for breakfast. It's a chocolate croissant that is bigger than my hand. It was actually so big that I couldn't finish it all at once but had the rest for lunch.
We had spent the night just outside of Lauzerte in a yurt on a camping place last night so we hadn't gone up into Lauzerte which is situated on a hill. A city upon a hill.
It totally looked like a movie set to me. Nobody was out and the city center was so beautiful.
I found this very interesting curbe on the floor...here you see both sides. I don't think I've ever seen anything like it.
Spring is in the air. Not only because today marks the beginning of spring but also because all the trees are blooming and the sun was shining all day long. Hardly any clouds in the sky, as you can see.
I also keep seeing more and more palm trees.
Tonight we are staying in this humble abode. I love how all the places we've come across so far have been very different and they got their very own style.
